ZapPictures is a Hollywood-based production company owned by writer-director James F. Robinson. The company focuses on producing independent cinema that embraces authenticity and avoids convention and the easy predictability of genre.

ZapPictures produced the feature film, STILL BREATHING, starring Brendan Fraser and Joanna Going. The film was distributed theatrically in the US by October Films/Universal and internationally by Lakeshore Entertainment, Disney, Fox Latin America, Paramount and others. 

 

ZapPictures’ newest release is TINSEL - THE LOST MOVIE ABOUT HOLLYWOOD which won Best Documentary at the IFS- Los Angeles Film Festival. It is currently available on VOD.
